Software License

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to the LinkedFiles desktop application. By installing or using LinkedFiles, you agree to this EULA and our Terms of Service.
Grant of license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run LinkedFiles on devices you own or control, solely for lawful purposes related to managing your Blender projects.
Restrictions
Unless applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived, you may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the software
- Modify or create derivative works of the software
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software except as permitted by law
- Remove proprietary notices from the software or documentation
Ownership
LinkedFiles, including its code, branding, and documentation, is owned by its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.
Updates
We may provide updates or patches. Some updates may be required for continued use. Updates are licensed under this EULA unless separate terms accompany them.
Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. See the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer and limitation of liability.
Termination
This license ends if you violate the EULA or Terms, or if you uninstall the software. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete copies of LinkedFiles in your possession.
